Terms and Conditions

By placing an order you accept our terms and conditions.
 
Order processing.
 
We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible within 5 working days of receiving your order and payment. Normal working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. We may, on occasion have to delay processing and if so, then we will advise on your notification of receipt of order when normal business is to be resumed.
 
Delivery.
 
After receipt of payment and completion of your order, ownership of any product will pass to you on delivery either, directly to you, a neighbour or safe place.  If you have any concerns about slow or late delivery, then please contact us and we will investigate further.
Postage will be by first class post and please see details in the separate postage section.
 
Availability.
 
Goods are subject to availability.  If for any reason we cannot supply the goods ordered within the specified time,  then we will contact you by Email or phone to arrange replacement or refund.  If we have not been able to make contact with you within 48 hours then we will cancel the order and refund in full.
 
 
Returns and cancellations
 
As guided by the distance selling regulations.
 
You have the right to cancel the order or return the goods, without obligation, up to 7 working days after receiving the goods.  A full refund will be given, including the original postage and packing.
 
You can return the goods up to 30 days after dispatch, for a full refund, or replacement, as long as the goods are in a re-saleable condition. This includes the original packaging.
 
Return postage costs will only be refunded for goods that are received damaged, faulty or that contain incorrect items to those ordered.
